In the upper right corner of your screen, click on the three horizontal lines or three horizontal dots, and then click on Settings at the bottom of the menu list. In the lower left corner of the screen under “Default Browser” you should see “show advanced settings”, click on that option. You will see Privacy settings and a box for Content Settings, click on the Content Settings. That will open a new window and you will need to scroll halfway down the listing to get to the Pop Ups
section. Click on the option for “allow all sites to show pop ups” and then click on Done. You can
then close the settings.
In the upper right corner of your screen, click on the Tools option which will either be the word “Tools” or an icon that looks like a gear. Click on Internet Options and then go to the Privacy tab and remove the check mark from the option “Turn On pop up blocker”. At the bottom of the box, click Apply and then OK. You can then close.
If you are using the default Firefox home page, at the bottom of the screen you may see the Options icon which looks like a gear. Click on the Options icon and then click on the Content option on the left side of the screen. Next, remove check mark from the option “block pop up windows”. No need to save or apply the change. You can then close Options.

If you don’t see an Options icon in the upper left or right corners of the screen, you should see a small tab that says Firefox with a down arrow above the first open tab. Click on this tab and select Options, and then Options again. Click on the Content option on the left side of the screen. Next, remove the check mark from the option “block pop-up windows”. There is no need to save or apply the change. You can then close Options.

APPLE COMPUTERS/MACS: In upper left corner of screen, click on the Safari tab (on right side of Apple icon). Click on the Preferences option from the list. Next, click on the Security tab. Then uncheck the box for Block pop up window. Mac users utilizing Firefox, follow the same steps above, but click on the Content tab instead of the Security tab. There is no need to Save or Apply the change. You can then close tab.
