The commitment to trust and integrity permeates the organization, therefore there are high expectations for team members to follow their policies. Those policies are in place to protect the organization and its team members from safety and liability issues, and also to ensure the mail items are sorted, processed, and delivered accurately and in a timely manner. So the USPS is looking for someone that would answer this question with “0” which demonstrates a strong commitment to compliance and adherence to all company policies and procedures.
